T-Bone Construction, Inc. (T-Bone) is a distinguished Commercial General Contractor that also offers the proficiency of an in house Architectural Design Team, that together offers our clients the best of Owner Representation, Design, and/or Construction, all under one roof. We have been in business now for over 30 years. T-Bone construction is a solely owned corporation by Michael R. Thibault, who is also the President. Mike has run his company and ranch in Southern Colorado together for over 30 years.

We have assisted in multiple disaster cleanup efforts from the Waldo Canyon Fire, Manitou Springs flooding, and Black Forest Fire, as well as many others in the past years. Mike has often conducted these projects in a strong showing of partnership and community involvement that represents the rural background and attitude of always helping out a neighbor or friend when in need. Mike makes the time to consistently be a part of Rural Sponsorship for the Pikes Peak Therapeutic Riding Academy, Latigo Equestrian Center, Pike’s Peak or Bust Rodeo, and Pikes Peak Posse 4H Buyers Group.

We are fortunate to have developed relationships where clients choose us early on to assist in programming, conceptual design, development and construction. Often there is a paramount desire to establish and be confident in these prerequisites even before land is purchased or a build decision is made. The integration of design/build (single source of responsibility for design and construction) and General Contracting (hard number bidding) affords the client confidence their project will be completed for the contracted amount. This service is provided as an open book with 100% of the savings returned to the Owner.
