Skills and Experience required for consideration:
Professional Degree in Architecture, on track to licensing or recently licensed.
Fluent in Revit and AutoCAD, Sketch Up or similar presentation software.
Project Management of Commercial Projects including entitlements, presentations, design, production and CA.
Client interaction and management.
Time management meeting multiple project deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.

Desired Skills:

Description:
Class “A” CDL drivers: This is a permanent position. Will be hauling materials to and from job-sites. Duties include conducting daily safety and maintenance inspections of the truck and trailers and report any problems for repairs. Must use safe driving habits and practices at all times. Always be aware of his/her surroundings, and promote safety for all Company personnel and the general public. Ability to operate heavy construction equipment is a plus. Work consists of both out of town work and working locally to be home in the evenings.

Project Manager – Commercial Construction (Denver)

The ideal candidate should be able to work with a great deal of independence, using their problem solving skills to successfully manage the completion of a variety of fast paced construction projects. The Project Manager has the responsibility to coordinate and manage the design/build and bid/build construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, making sure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities
- Establish office filing system for correspondence, logs, various meeting minutes, payments, changes, submittals and all other contractual documents.
- Review all incoming correspondence for required action and ensure that timely action is taken including preparing response.
- Maintain logs, including inspection/test, change status, claims, submittals, receivables, etc.
- Complete and process reports and notices (e.g., bi-monthly status reports).
- Keep track of Certificates of Compliance, Warranties and Guarantees.
- Review submittals with R.E. and advise office assistants to inform reviewers of priority and critical submittals.
- Ensure adherence to contract requirements.
- Demonstrate the ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings with accuracy and translate design information into applied methods and materials in the field for successful completion of the project.
- Provide input for preliminary design scope, including constructability reviews and preliminary budgets.
- Ensure accuracy in the estimating of all assigned construction projects. Manage the Budget and monitor resources used throughout the completion of the project cycle.
- Provide the necessary assistance to the project staff in sourcing and acquisition of materials, staffing, and subcontracting necessary to complete the project on time and on budget.
- Provide for the ongoing oversight and administration of the project construction phase, coordinating, communicating and reporting to ensure the successful completion of the project according to the timeline.
- Anticipate problems in advance and problem solve in a timely manner to keep the project moving forward.

Experience, Training, and Skill Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ recent Project/Construction Management experience required – preferably on a variety of commercial type projects
- Previous on-site construction experience preferred
- Minimum four-year degree and/or applicable experience: Bachelor of Science in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related comparable field
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Sage Timberline software (or experience with other integrated project management software systems)
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of Construction: Including but not limited to: Contracts, Estimating, Specifications, Codes, Scheduling, Safety, Technology, and Equipment
- OSHA 10 Required; OSHA 30 Preferred
